Shipping
Shipping is available within Canada for a flat-rate of $16 per order. Order processing is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using Canada Post, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available.
Returns
If a product arrives damaged, please let us know within five days and we will ship a replacement product to you. Please send a photo of the damaged product/package to help improve any shipping issues. We appreciate your help.

Due to the nature of Rustik Ridge Naturals products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, please be in touch within 30 days of purchase and we would be happy to work with you to find a solution.
